Culvert replacement to cause traffic delays on Highway 281 in Kansas
The Kansas Department of Transportation will begin replacing a box bridge on U.S. Highway 281, just east of the K-4 junction west of Hoisington in Barton County, with traffic reduced to one lane and delays of up to 15 minutes expected to last until the end of the year.
