Washburn University holds Earth Day celebration
TOPEKA (KSNT) - Washburn University is marking Earth Day in a unique way this year. Artists of all ages are currently hard at work creating colorful plant sculptures and, in celebration of Earth Day, all of the pieces are biodegradable.
