Pittman files to run for House seat he held previously
Read Article Former Democratic state lawmaker Jeff Pittman of Leavenworth is getting back into state politics. Pittman on Wednesday filed to run for House District 41, which is now represented by Republican state Rep. Pat Proctor, who is running for Kansas secretary of state. "I've got more service to my community left in me," Pittman said. "I'm excited to get to work." Pittman previously represented the district before running for the Senate.
